Contest Format


School Students

Contestants are required to choose a topic from the 5 topics sent to the Head of the institution.
They are given five minutes to present their views on the selected topic. The medium of the contest is English.
Students duly nominated by the school and whose nominations were received well before the deadline are permitted to participate in the contest.
Each school can nominate a maximum of five students to the contest. The nomination has to be made by the Head/Principal of the school.
Students are requested to carry a copy of the nomination form and their School Identity Card while coming for the contest.
Students from class 9,10, 11 & 12 are eligible.

College Students

Five topics will be sent to the Head of the institution and students can refer/prepare those topics.
However, on the day of event, there will be on the spot lottery system, participants will have to speak on either of the 5 topics.
They are given five minutes to present their views on the allotted topic. The medium of the contest is English.
Students duly nominated by the Head of the Institution and whose nominations were received well before the deadline are permitted to participate in the contest.
Each college can nominate a maximum of five students to the contest. The nomination has to be made by the Head of the institution in the appropriate nomination form. By nominating, the Head of the institution certifies that the nominee is below the age of 25.
Students are requested to carry a copy of the nomination form and their college Identity Card while coming for the contest.
